1).Students should be reading 15-20 minutes every night using strategies such as: rereading to understand, using background knowledge and journaling. If a student does not understand certain words and rereading does not work, he/she should look up the meaning in the dictionary.
2). Textbooks (Actions and Reactions) need to be returned next week. Any student not returning their book will be issued a bill for the cost ($52.95). Cheques may be made payable to Barnhill Memorial School.
You will need to bring your Actions and Reactions textbook to class starting on Wednesday, April 21/10.
Remember: If you miss any classes, it is your responsibility to get caught up on missed work.
